A refund or credit will be given for any unused product returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase.  High Paddle reserves the right to determine if product is returned in new condition.  Shipping charge will not be refunded.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  To initiate a refund, email cs@highpaddle.com
